Founding Attorney
Nadine Deeb is a transactional business attorney with background experience as in-house counsel running the legal department and collaborating with other departments to foster business and growth. Following her successful tenure, Nadine started her own law firm, specializing in assisting small to medium-sized businesses foster and grow with her wide skill set, careful attention to detail, efficient response times.
Nadine has assisted many companies to close deals, negotiate settlements of outstanding issues, and ensure compliance along the way. She provides advice and counsel to her clients in implementing policies in accordance with California, Arizona, and Texan law, drafts and negotiates contracts between her clients and their customers, partners, suppliers, and employees, and files trademarks to protect her clients' intellectual property.
